The Power Presenter Training Program
Overview:
Delivering perfect presentation is all about PRACTICE, PRACTICE & PRACTICE; on this base; the “power presenter” workshop is designed to be learner centered by involving the participants from ADMA in the learning process. Through practicing their presentation skills many times, providing and receiving constructive feedback from the whole group and the facilitator according to objective criteria and observing various presentation styles of other group members to enhance their own style and conclude best practices.
The delivery style used in the “Power Presenter” workshop is based on utilizing experiential learning games, activities, group discussions and activities to create an energetic and learner friendly environment for the participants, also to create a learning experience stimulating the active participation and involvement of the participants.

Trainer:
Ms. Nelly Habib, Is a training and development professional with more than 10 years of experience in the Middle East. With Nelly Habib’s passion towards making a difference, she has been able to transfer this business, with each client she has dealt with, through transferring this passion into understanding, service, professionalism, loyalty, and communication with all clients from different backgrounds.

Armed with a belief that training and development is a tool to enhance participants’ future, adopts a practice of centering her trainings around two axis of both: Hope and Passion. By planting the seed of Hope for a better future within her participants mind and heart, and by taking her participants hands to understanding that life is about being passionate about what we do and the people around, through this concept, She has managed to help her participants create a higher quality of life, and thus has managed to make a difference.

Coming from an Engineering background, and backing it up by earning herself a Certificate in Learning and Performance, in addition to a Life Coaching Certificate, Nelly Habib has managed to understand and apply adult learning theories, which allow her to create an environment of empowerment within the training. Thus, she allows participants to reach answers for themselves, through series of activities, games, role plays, case studies, and movies. This practice of action learning allows participants to reach decisions, adopt new behaviors and actions, and own up to them.

Through her career, she has lead several projects of designing games and workshops, and also delivered several trainings in the areas of Leadership, Customer Service, Emotional Intelligence, Time and Stress Management, Performance Management, Problem solving and decision making, Coaching for productivity, Communication Skills, Team Building, Presentation Skills, Train the Trainer, Strategic Thinking, Business Writing, Power of Influence, Leadership Challenge, Certified Organizational

Management Florida State University, Certified Supervisory Management from the Florida State University, Systems Thinking, Organizational Design. Delegation, Hersey Blanchard Lead, Personal Style Inventory facilitation, and Empowerment Vs Power Vs Authority.

Throughout her career, Nelly Habib was responsible for the following:

⎫ Designing and tailoring training programs according to TNA reports and findings
⎫ Delivering designed training programs to various clients from different industries
⎫ Helping participants acquire the knowledge and apply it through the design of various assignments which allows participants to apply the knowledge and transfer theories into practical cases and experiences

⎫ Developing and designing various reports and feedback sheets and submit it to each participant individually based on their level of knowledge and practice
⎫ Conducting one on one interviews with participants according to needs
⎫ Conducting assessments and focus groups to participants according to needs
⎫ Providing participants and clients with SWOT analysis reports to help participants focus on their areas of strengths and learn how to deal with the areas of improvement
⎫ Designing workshop themes, depending on each workshop, to add a dimension of fun which aids in the learning process

نظرة عامة عن البرنامج :
التدريب على التقديم و العرض هي كل واهم شئ في ورش التقديم . بناءعلى هذه القاعدة تم تصميم ورشة عمل “المقدم الفعال” ليكون المتعلم المركز من خلال إشراك المشاركين في عملية التعلم. من خلال ممارسة مهارات العرض و التقديم مرات عديدة ، وتوفير وتلقي ردود الفعل البناءة من المجموعة بأكملها والمدرب وفقا لمعايير موضوعية ومراقبة أنماط العرض المختلفة لأعضاء المجموعة الأخرى لتعزيز أسلوبهم الخاص وإبرام أفضل الممارسات.
يعتمد أسلوب التعلم في ورشة عمل “Power Presenter” على الاستفادة من ألعاب التعلم التجريبية والأنشطة ومناقشات المجموعات والأنشطة لخلق بيئة ودية تتسم بالمتعة للمشاركين ، بالإضافة إلى خلق تجربة تعليمية تحفز المشاركة النشطة والمشاركة الفعالة.

المحتوى التدريبى:
الوحدة 1: الاستعداد لتكون POWER PRESENTER

⎫ اكتشاف 4 P من العرض الفعال
⎫ إعداد العروض التقديمية الفعالة
o التصميم والخلفية والخطوط وغيرها من الجوانب الفنية
o التصميم والتقديم للتأثير و ليس للعرض فقط
o الأخطاء الشائعة وكيفية تجنبها
⎫ فهم بنية العرض
⎫ تقديم عروض هادفة وفعالة
o قدم نفسك
o تقديم – لا تعتمد على ذاكرتهم
⎫ كيفية الوقوف اثناء العرض و لغة الجسد المفروض استخدامها اثناء العرض و التقديم
o لغة الجسد للنجاح
o جذب انتباه و اهتمام الجمهور

⎫ معرفة الأنشطة الرئيسية التي يجب القيام بها قبل تقديمها للجمهور
⎫ التعرف على “قلئمة التحضير للعرض و التقديم”

⎫ إدراك كيفية تحليل الجمهور
⎫ استكشاف خصائص POWER PRESENTER
⎫ معرفة كيفية تجنب اخطاء العروض التقديمية
⎫ ممارسة العروض وتلقي ردود الفعل البناءة
⎫ اعتماد موقف إيجابي لقبول ردود الفعل من الآخرين
⎫ معرفة كيفية التواصل بشكل فعال مع الجمهور
⎫ تحليل SWOT
⎫ تحديد الموقف والأفكار والسلوك تجاه الآخرين.
⎫ المهارات في التواصل نقاط القوة والإنجازات.

الوحدة الثالثة: التغلب على القلق و اكتساب الثقة و القوة:
⎫ تحديد الأسباب الرئيسية للقلق لدى مقدمي العرض
⎫ تقديم تقنيات مختلفة للتغلب على الخوف من التحدث أمام الجمهور

⎫ التحضير بفعالية للعروض التقديمية
⎫ إنشاء انطباعات أولى رائعة
⎫ استخدام المهارات الجسدية بفاعلية
⎫ تنظيم المحتوى لأقصى قدر من التأثير
⎫ استخدام المهارات لتولي قيادة الجمهور
⎫ استخدم العينين والإيماءات والصوت لاحداث تأثير فعال
⎫ تجنب الأخطاء في التحدث أمام الجمهور
