Workshop Objectives :
Our Vision is to spread common courtesies to improve forgotten general behaviors and to help people present themselves in the best way possible.
We all have high hopes for our children, we have an obligation to help them prepare for their grown-up years.
Our aim is teaching children how to act in social situation and makes every parent job easier.

Heba is an etiquette consultant who has an extensive experience in communication and administration skills, which she has acquired from previously working for multinational corporations.
Since her early career, and by witnessing how a wrong word or a body gesture can escalate a situation into an unfortunate turn of events, she developed a passion for exploring the best ways to facilitate and enhance the verbal and non-verbal communication in different settings.
Consequently, she pursued her passion and studied to become a certified Etiquette Consultant from The International Association of Professions Career College.
She aspires to spread the knowledge about etiquette as an important tool to improve our relationships with our family, friends and coworkers, which contributes in maximizing the collective and individual productivity in any given setting; work or home.
