Introduction :
Employee creativity and innovation are essential for the success of any business, particularly in times of economic turmoil. There is a clear connection between employee engagement and innovation according to a 2006 Gallup poll. Engaged employees are more creative and more willing to accept innovative ideas from others. Most CEOs value creativity, and employees who are allowed to be creative are more engaged with their current positions. A company’s culture can either foster or stifle innovation. Fortunately, business leaders are able to shape a more creative work environment if they follow a few basic guidelines.

• Understanding how to set up and Innovation process within the organization
• Determining the different culture pillars for Innovation Management within the organization
• Understanding the 6P’s of Innovation
• Defining the 10 different types of Innovation
• Using different methods to cultivate creativity within your teams and organizations

Trainer:
Ms. Nelly Habib,
Is a training and development professional with more than 14 years of experience in the Middle East. With Nelly Habib’s passion towards making a difference, she has been able to transfer this business, with each client she has dealt with, through transferring this passion into understanding, service, professionalism, loyalty, and communication with all clients from different backgrounds.

Armed with a belief that training and development is a tool to enhance participants’ future, adopts a practice of centering her trainings around two axis of both: Hope and Passion. By planting the seed of Hope for a better future within her participants mind and heart, and by taking her participants hands to understanding that life is about being passionate about what we do and the people around, through this concept, She has managed to help her participants create a higher quality of life, and thus has managed to make a difference.

Coming from an Engineering background, and backing it up by earning herself a Certificate in Learning and Performance, in addition to a Life Coaching Certificate, Nelly Habib has managed to understand and apply adult learning theories, which allow her to create an environment of empowerment within the training. Thus, she allows participants to reach answers for themselves, through series of activities, games, role plays, case studies, and movies. This practice of action learning allows participants to reach decisions, adopt new behaviors and actions, and own up to them.

Through her career, she has lead several projects of designing games and workshops, and also delivered several trainings in the areas of Leadership, Customer Service, Emotional Intelligence, Time and Stress Management, Performance Management, Problem solving and decision making, Coaching for productivity, Communication Skills, Team Building, Presentation Skills, Train the Trainer, Strategic Thinking, Business Writing, Power of Influence, Leadership Challenge, Certified Organizational .

Management Florida State University, Certified Supervisory Management from the Florida State University, Systems Thinking, Organizational Design. Delegation, Hersey Blanchard Lead, Personal Style Inventory facilitation, and Empowerment Vs Power Vs Authority.

Throughout her career, Nelly Habib was responsible for the following:

⎫ Designing and tailoring training programs according to TNA reports and findings
⎫ Delivering designed training programs to various clients from different industries
⎫ Helping participants acquire the knowledge and apply it through the design of various assignments which allows participants to apply the knowledge and transfer theories into practical cases and experiences
⎫ Developing and designing various reports and feedback sheets and submit it to each participant individually based on their level of knowledge and practice
⎫ Conducting one on one interviews with participants according to needs
⎫ Conducting assessments and focus groups to participants according to needs
⎫ Providing participants and clients with SWOT analysis reports to help participants focus on their areas of strengths and learn how to deal with the areas of improvement
⎫ Designing workshop themes, depending on each workshop, to add a dimension of fun which aids in the learning process
