MEDC was established in March 2007 by Alexandria Businessmen Association (ABA) with the aim of supporting the development of the microfinance initiative by the association and the member companies within the membership base. However, across eleven years of operations, the center gained huge insights and market understanding in the training and development areas due to the close relationship and interaction with association members and best in town trainers.

The center is focusing on developing the Alexandria community as a business powerhouse to support the overall Egyptian business and economic communities inline with the association’s grand strategy and aspiration. The center takes the initiative of delivering the best creative and up-to-date services for its members as well as the community. The strategy behind services and products development is putting our customers (Members and Community) in the center of our organization and covering market gaps that are needed and represent pains for our customers
